Design Only (USB)

Rendered Images

Courtesy of my high tech rendering software I'll supply you with a number of high-resolution images of your new garden during the day, dusk and at night.

Rendered Videos

Using my software I will create and supply you with a trio of rendered images; Daytime, Dusk and Night. (Depending upon the amount of lights within the scheme)

Budget & Materials Lists

A detailed spreadsheet containing a full list of chosen materials for your design including; amounts, total costs, where it's sourced from (with a link) and the lead time, amongst other information.

Hard Landscape Dimensions

Dimensions of any paved areas, raised areas, pergolas (or similar) enabling you to obtain your own landscaping quotes or do the work yourself. Dimensions are produced as a guide and there may be slight discrepancies.

Planting Plan

A detailed breakdown of the plants chosen for your design scheme including; location, amount required, cost, supplied height/size, eventual height/size, sourced from (with links) and lead times.

A visual collage showing you the selection of hard landscaping materials chosen for your gardens new design. This helps you visualise it all and ensures they all compliment eachother.

Lighting & Electrics Plan

A detailed diagram of light locations, socket locations and ducting requirements enabling the landscapers or electricians to work to the plan.

Electrician Quote

Taking the leg work out of the process for you I will liaise with an electrician to obtain a quote for you giving you a more accurate overall budget.

Plumbing Quote (If Req'd)

Taking the leg work out of the process for you I will liaise with a plumber to obtain a quote for you giving you a more accurate overall budget.

Landscaping Quote

Taking the leg work out of the process for you I will liaise with my landscapers to obtain a quote for you giving you a more accurate overall budget.

Design Management

I will schedule the various trades, arrange skip hire and machinery hire (if required) and ensure the landscapers stick to the agreed design and assist if we come across any challenges during construction.

Material Ordering

I will order and schedule the deliveries of all of the materials required for the construction of your new garden ensuring that the landscapers have what they need for the dates they need them.
